Summary
US equities opened broadly lower. There was an initial bounce... but the sellers appeared, with the market increasingly weak into the early afternoon.
Meanwhile...
Whilst CEO Agrawal is as predictably woke as the sun setting in the west, Elon remains a wild card. Its difficult to fathom if he'll launch an aggressive takeover bid for a company that has been struggling for years.

The late afternoon saw considerable chop, but leaning weak to break a new intraday low of 4408, and settling at 4412. A foray.. if brief <4400 appears probable on Tuesday.
Volatility picked up, the VIX settling +15.2% to 24.37.
