US equities opened in minor chop mode. The Powell duly appeared at 10am, this time speaking to the US house...
The market broke a new cycle low of 3969, if recovering upward into the close, to settle fractionally higher at 3992.
Volatility was ground lower, the VIX settling -2.4% to 19.11.
