Summary
US equities saw a morning of chop, spiked on Powell to 4162, but then a clear of post Powell depression to 4088. Yet... there was an equally strong rebound, printing 4176, and settling at 4164.
Volatility remained subdued, the VIX seeing an early print of 19.99, but settling -4.0% to 18.66.
