Summary
US equities opened on a weak note, as Mr Market saw good jobs data as bad news. Yet... the equity bears had no downside power, with indexes turning positive. The afternoon saw considerable chop, if with most indexes settling a little weak.
Volatility was ground lower into the weekend, the VIX settling -5.5% to 24.64.
