Summary
US equities opened significantly higher, but the gains were shaky from the start, with the SPX swinging from 5642 to 5546... as 100pt swings are the norm lately. From there... a secondary push upward to 5626, and settling at 5599.
Volatility was mixed, the VIX printing 26.68, if cooling back to settle -10.0% at 24.23.
