Summary
US equities opened in minor chop mode, if leaning on the weaker side. The day saw considerable chop into the late afternoon.
Volatility was itself subdued, the VIX printing 23.01, and settling +2.3% to 22.68. Tomorrow is a Thursday, which will inherently favour the bears. Mr Market is arguably looking for ANY excuse to tag the 50dma... within yellow downside gap, and that would arguably sync with VIX 25/26s.
