Summary
US equities opened a little choppy, if leaning to the upward side, the SPX printing 3652. From there... 'normal service' resumed, the SPX sliding to 3588... just 4pts above the recent low. The afternoon saw a bounce... if reversing from 3633. The closing hour saw considerable chop, if still mostly leaning on the weaker side.
Volatility remains elevated, the VIX settling +3.5% to 32.45.
