Summary
US equities opened broadly higher, and after some mid morning cooling to tag the opening gap, equities saw a secondary wave higher into the afternoon.

The late afternoon saw a little cooling, but that still made for broad/sig' gains. Volatility was naturally ground lower, the VIX settling -19.8% to 22.96.
