Summary
US equities opened choppy, saw some cooling to sp'4671, bounced to 4725, with renewed cooling in the late afternoon, to settle fractionally lower at 4696.
Volatility was choppy, the VIX settling -0.6% to 19.61. Friday will see the monthly jobs data, and regardless of the data, the setup leans problematic into the weekend.
