Summary
US equities opened a little mixed, and whilst the Trans/R2K struggled, the SPX still managed a new hist' high of 6671, settling moderately higher at 6664. Volatility was ground lower into the weekend, the VIX settling -1.6% to 15.45

Back in 2009... the SPX punched in a floor from the infamous (if appropriate) number of 666.
It took some seventeen years to print the almost equally kooky 6666.
