Summary
US equities opened significantly lower, lead by the semicon giant of Nvidia. The SPX battled to build a low from the low 5300s, but then the Powell appeared...
... with the CEO of print central warning of higher inflation, with slower growth. The SPX duly printed a new intraday low 5220, if bouncing to settle at 5275.
Volatility picked up... the VIX printing a high of 34.96, and settling +8.4% to 32.64
