Summary
US equity indexes opened a little mixed, but all the bears could manage was SPX 5808, with upside into the late afternoon to 5846, and settling at 5842.
Volatility was mixed, an opening high of 21.01 (largely due to VIX-OPEX), if cooling back to settle -5.1% to 19.58.
