US equity indexes closed very significantly higher, sp +58pts (1.8%) at 3369. Nasdaq comp' +1.8%. Dow +2.1%. The Transports settled +3.1%.

US equities opened on a significantly positive note, the SPX battling upward to 3389. There was some afternoon cooling to 3356, with late afternoon upside to 3387, and settling at 3369.
Volatility was in cooling mode, the VIX settling -4.3% to 35.55.
As for the election...
Nothing has changed. I expect a decisive Trump victory...
